System features and terms of service are subject to change without notice. Two Ones is not responsible for typographical and/or photographical errors. Two Ones reserves the right to refuse service to any visitors.

Privacy
Two Ones respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone except as outlined in our privacy policy. All of the information obtained from our web site will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mails you will receive from Two Ones are updates to any recent orders and/or returns.

Profile listings
In some cases due to human error we cannot guarantee that all descriptions, photographs, and other profile-related information listed is entirely accurate, nor do we assume any responsibility for these errors. In the event a profile listed on our website is incorrect due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, Two Ones shall immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES TWO ONES'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MESSAGE PACKAGE PRICE OF THE SERVICE SOLD. TWO ONES SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. TWO ONES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT TWO ONES HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the sales transaction between Two Ones and Customer shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Severability
If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable Ontario law.
